About Us | Erik Mogelvang has 13 solid years of experience in real estate transactions exclusively in Naples and Bonita Springs. Historically, his concentration has been with smaller-sized commercial units, leasing well over 1.8 million square feet of commercial space in NEW leases alone. This equates to nearly 100 new lease transactions per year. As a property manager Erik has handled hundreds of lease RENEWAL transactions. He has also represented parties for more than 120 Commercial SALES transactions, including a number of freestanding industrial properties.
More recently, beginning in 2010, Erik has been credited with representing 56 residential transactions for both Buyers and Sellers combined. Many of these transactions were the result of working for investors buying and selling foreclosures. He has a vast knowledge of the best foreclosure purchasing methods for investors of any caliber. Expanding from his property management experience, he now manages residential properties intended to be flipped or leased.
Erik attended the University of South Florida, then graduated with academic honors from Pfeiffer University, studying business administration with a concentration in finance.
Erik’s inside knowledge of Naples, which spans greater than 35 years, is a source with which the Naples Daily news has tapped into on several occasions.
Cindy Mogelvang, is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and bookkeeper, originally from North Carolina, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a four-year degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. She has managed the bookkeeping for more than 20 different companies over the last five years and brings her high energy attitude into every circumstance before her. As a licensed real estate associate, Cindy can assist in any capacity necessary.
Scot Gonder, is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Community Association Manager (CAM), originally from Chicago Illinois, and has been a resident of the Naples area since 1988. Over the past 8 years Scot has managed shopping centers, industrial flex space and office buildings totaling up to 1,000,000 square feet and occupied by over 300 tenants.
Scot has a hands on approach to managing and communicates often with tenants, landlords and vendors. Scot’s attention to detail and personal management style adds to the value of any property by improving its appearance and safety, leading to improved tenant acquisition and retention.
Lexi Ware, Office Manager, holds a strong background in real estate with concentrations in foreclosures, title and escrow services, and short sale processing. She has worked for one of the largest foreclosure law firms in Florida, and has over 200 closed short sale files under her belt. Lexi’s real estate experience coupled with strong administrative skills creates a perfectly balanced work environment ensuring all transactions are facilitated smoothly and efficiently.
